UK Revolut customers are covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service. Raise the complaint via in-app chat or the formal complaints email; if unresolved after 8 weeks or a final response, escalate within 6 months. Note Revolut secured a UK banking licence and is moving customers onto it, but historically operated as an e-money firm.
Complain to Revolut first and ask for a written final response. If they reject you or the deadline passes, you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free, and their decision is binding on the company.
