ING aims to respond within a few weeks, and at the latest within 6 weeks. If you remain dissatisfied after ING's final position, you can take the complaint to Kifid. The Kifid deadline is whichever is more favourable to you: up to 1 year after you first submitted your written complaint to ING, or up to 3 months after ING's written final position.
