Insurance disputes do NOT go to Ombudsfin. The correct Belgian body for insurance complaints is the Ombudsman of the Insurance (Ombudsman des Assurances), which covers insurers, intermediaries and Datassur. The ombudsman website is available in French and Dutch only.
