Terms of Use
Who runs Reclaim
Reclaim ("recla.im") is an AI-powered writing assistant operated by Corey Musa as part of Rugby Unlocked, based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us any time via the contact form or at hello@recla.im. By using Reclaim you agree to the terms below.
Not legal advice, not a claims company
Reclaim is not a law firm and not a regulated claims-management company, and it does not provide legal or financial advice. The letters, ratings and escalation steps it produces are general information generated by AI and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you send it, and for deciding whether to act on it. For advice you can rely on, consult a qualified solicitor or an authorised adviser.
You send everything yourself
Reclaim does not contact any company on your behalf, file claims for you, or act as your representative. You remain in full control of all communications, and you keep all of any money you recover. We never take a percentage.
No guarantee of outcome
We make no promise that you will recover any money. Outcomes depend on your facts, the company, and the law in your jurisdiction. Figures shown by the calculators are rough estimates, not a valuation of your claim.
Acceptable use
Use Reclaim only for genuine, good-faith claims. Do not use it to harass, defraud, or make knowingly false demands. We may suspend access that breaches this.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. A one-off pass does not renew. You can cancel a subscription any time and access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are handled by Stripe.
Limitation of liability
Reclaim is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Rugby Unlocked is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the tool or from acting on the information it generates, including a rejected, undervalued or mishandled claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory protections of your country of residence.
