Who we are
We exist because the bank is counting on you not to ask.
Every year, ordinary people lose real money to fees they never agreed to, lending they could not afford, and refunds that quietly never arrive. Most never claim it back. Not because they have no case, but because the letter is a faff, the rules are a fog, and the claims firms that promise to help want to keep most of the winnings.
Reclaim is the fix. You tell us what happened in plain words. An AI works out what you are owed, names the actual rule that backs you in your country, and writes the letter that gets read by a human whose job is to make it go away. You send it yourself. Whatever comes back is yours, all of it. We never take a cut.
It worked on me first
Monzo gave me a £1,000 overdraft in 2018 they later agreed should never have been approved. One affordability complaint got every penny of interest refunded, plus statutory interest and £75 on top, the overdraft wiped to zero, and the marks cleared off my credit file. About £1,336 back, for one letter. Most people never send that letter, so I built the thing that writes it.
What we are not
We are not a law firm and we are not a regulated claims-management company. We do not act on your behalf, file anything for you, or take a slice of your recovery. Reclaim gives you information and a well-written draft. The decision to send it, and the credit for winning, is yours.
How we make money
The tool is free for your first claim. People with more than one thing to chase pay a small flat subscription for unlimited claims and the follow-up tools. That is the whole model. Your recovery is never our revenue.
Where we work
The AI adapts to your country's consumer-protection rules, from the UK Consumer Rights Act and FCA lending rules to EU261, Spain's arbitraje de consumo, France's Code de la consommation and US chargeback rights. We cover fifteen markets and counting, with new guides published every day.
Who runs it, and how to reach us
Reclaim is operated by Corey Musa as part of Rugby Unlocked, based in the United Kingdom. For anything at all, including a request to delete your data, use the contact form or email hello@recla.im.
